Lars Øster Rosenqvist has been Alitex’s Representative in Scandinavia, The Nederlands and Switzerland for over 14 years. Having trained as a Technical Engineer, he has gained over 30 years’ experience in the building industry and gone on to manage numerous garden design projects and building works.

Lars has a passion for gardens, greenhouses and providing solutions for garden design dilemmas. He has worked with architects, garden designers and builders, enabling him to offer a turn-key service for your project. His experience has involved a variety of landscapes, including walled gardens and greenhouses to accompany listed buildings and home extensions involving glass structures.

Working with traditional Victorian styles of greenhouses and orangeries is something that Lars takes pride in. He enjoys designing and delivering beautiful greenhouses to garden enthusiasts throughout Europe.

Lars spends his spare time gardening, dog walking and cross-fit training. His farmhouse office is based 35km north of Copenhagen, surrounded by 7 acres of land dedicated to different microenvironments. He is planning his own glasshouse project with the aim to provide an inspiring show garden for visitors to explore.
